Psyllium husks in these capsules absorb large amounts of water, mixing with food to provide valuable fibre. Research also shows it to be beneficial for the heart, pancreas and cholesterol system. Psyllium is a ‘pre-bioticâ€? making the bowel ready for probiotics. Maybe we should take psyllium every day! Psyllium Husks are part of the popular 30 or 90 day Colon Programme.
Capsules Ingredients: Powdered Psyllium Husk (Plantago ovata) 400mg Min per Vegan capsule.
Powder: Psyllium Husk only
How to take...
Capsules: 2 capsules 3 times a day with a glass of water. If extra support is desired, take 3 or 4 capsules 3 times a day.
Powder: Stir a rounded teaspoon of Psyllium Husks in a few ounces of water or fruit juice, 2-3 times a day between meals, and drink immediately (it quickly becomes more and more glutinous if not drunk within a few seconds). Follow with another half a glass of water or juice.
Safety Information -
Drink an extra glass or two of water daily when using Psyllium Husks, to counteract the water it absorbs, then excretes, from the body. Take two hours away from drug medications.
